♥ Happy Valentine’s Day Everyone ♥ I am so happy and excited to be guesting today for my sweet friend Vanessa over at Butterfly Reflections Ink!! My card today is filled with all things LOVE!!

Valentine’s Day is my second favorite holiday, Christmas of course is my all time favorite but I just love a day dedicated to all things L-O-V-E, the colors, the hearts, everything about it just makes me smile!!

I started my card off by simply cutting some simple strips in shades of pink and reds and taping them together as I made a pattern. I used plain white cardstock and the Mama Elephant Heart Grid Cover and ran through my die cutting machine.  This created a nice crisp clean panel with cute cut out hearts that I laid directly over my patterned striped panel.

I LOVE all the Mama Elephant Little Agenda line and gnomes are one my of favorite!  So I decided to pick a few out that goes perfectly with my heart panel.  Once I stamped and cut out using the coordinating die, I colored my little gnomes using various copic markers and adhered to my panel using foam adhesive.  

For my sentiments, I used the new Mama Elephant Easy Sentiments stamp and die.  If you don’t already have this set, I suggest picking it up because it a must have to add to your crafty stash!  There are so many options and it stamps and cuts out each sentiment so easily!! I actually made a bunch at one time to have on hand for other cards.  I stamped with red dye ink and used a clear embossing powder over my ink.  I then adhered to my front panel using foam adhesive.
