Happy Wednesday everyone!! I happy to back on the MFT blog with another Wednesday Sketch Challenge. Today my card is featuring the new Stacey Yacula’s Kissing Booth stamp set from their latest release!

I am so happy to be back for another Wednesday Sketch Challenge but at the same time sad because it’s my last one for the month! I simply adore the new Stacey Yacula Kissing Booth stamp set and knew I definitely wanted to use this one for my last card! Save the best for last right? So to start off with my card panel I lightly ink blended the top portion with some Distress Oxide in Spun Sugar and Pickled Raspberry. I used the extra large sponge dauber and just inked one side and slightly pressed down with more pressure on that side to give the effect of “bubbles”. I also used patterned paper from the Sweet Stack 6×6 Paper Pack for my side border. I used the Stitched Ric Rac Die-Namics as seam between the two pieces.

My favorite part was coloring the actual booth! I love coloring wood to make it look as real as possible and to see all the grain and detail! The copic markers I used were
- Booth: E31, E35, E25, E29 and E79
- Bear: E51, E53, E13 and E99
Once all my pieces were colored, I ran through my die cutting machine with the coordinating dies and started to adhere to my card panel. I used tape adhesive to adhere my flags first as I wanted to build on top of them and get the correct placement of my booth. I then adhered my booth using and bear using foam adhesive. I cut the top bow off the “kisses” sign and added some black “nailheads” using a black fine tip marker and adhered onto the booth using foam adhesive. I used one of the coordinating sentiments from the set and heat embossed on pink cardstock using white embossing powder. I attached my sentiment using foam adhesive across the center of my booth. For the final touch I added some clear glaze onto the hearts in the flag, the bears nose and smile and the words on the kiss sign. I also added some crystal jewels randomly at the top for extra detail.

Thank you for stopping by and make sure to stop by the MFT Blog to play along for your chance to win a $50 gift voucher! And a special thank you to MFT Stamps and Stephanie Klauck for giving this amazing opportunity to play along all month long!! I had so much fun and hopefully will be back in the future!

Wishing all of you a fabulous day!! Xoxoxo
