Hello crafty friends! It’s Wednesday and that means another fun sketch challenge from MFT Stamps! Today I am up on the MFT blog with a fun card featuring the new Pizza Maker Die-Namics set perfect for all of your pizza loving friends and family!

I was so excited when I saw this set in the new release and knew I had to have it! Who doesn’t love pizza? I started off creating my background using the All Lined Up Background stamp inked with Poppy Premium Dye Ink.  I started die-cutting all the pieces to my pizza using various colored cardstock and adding some shading to the edges.  I wanted this to look like a “real” pizza as much as possible, so I added shading to each mushroom, pepperoni and pepper using some colored pencils.  Once my pieces were shaded, I added some Nuvo Glaze to give the illusion that it just came fresh out of the oven!  I did the same for my sauce layer!

I wanted to add a “pan” for my pizza so I used theStitched Circle Stax and some silver mirrored cardstock. Once my pizza was all assembled, I used the coordinating stamp set Pizza My Heart, and stamped one of the sentiments repeatedly in a diagonal using Cement Gray Premium Dye Ink.  I attached my pizza directly on my stamped sentiment half panel using tape adhesive.  I then attached to my card base using foam adhesive.

To finish my card I used one of the sentiments from the stamp set Pizza My Heart and heat embossed on black cardstock with white embossing powder.  I attached to the bottom portion of my card using foam adhesive.
