TGIF everyone!! Hope everyone is looking forward to the weekend! Today I am sharing a fun and festive Christmas card using Concord & 9th Merry and Bright die along with Happy Plaids stamp set.
I adore the holidays and love making Christmas cards. I wanted the card to “scream” Christmas so my color palette was the classic red, green and gold. I started off using the Concord & 9th Happy Plaids stamp set. I am obsessed with plaid and this stamp set gives you so many options. I used shimmer gold card stock and stamped the plaid using Altenew premium dye ink in Hunter Green and Vineyard Berry. For the gold part of the plaid I used Versamark embossing ink and heat embossed in gold.

For the sentiment, I used the Merry and Bright die. I die cut it 3 times in red, gold, and green glitter card stock and adhered to my plaid panel. This die set also comes with cute holly berries, which I also die cut using the left over glitter card stock and mirrored card stock.
I did have some left over red glitter card stock so before I adhered my plaid panel to my card base, I added little strips where the red plaid was onto my card base. I adhered my plaid panel using foam adhesive to my card base and added some Nuvo Vintage drops for little accents.
Thanks for stopping by and I hope you have a fabulous weekend!
